Honey Rum (Ronmiel de Canarias)

This Spanish alcohol is one of the Islands’ signature products for production and consumption. Honey rum should have an alcolhol content between 20 and 30%, as specified by the local government and the colour of the drink should be from a golden hue to a deep mahogony, clear and bright. You should detect aromas of caramel, honey and traces of rum with vegetable extracts. It tastes very sweet and soft on the palate.
